char·cu·te·rie = /ˌSHärˈko͞odərē/ is a French term for a branch of cooking devoted to prepared meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits and other delicious items beautifully presented and ideally paired with wine, at a winery/picnic setting!
Join us for an evening experience of wine, food, live music and fun! Chef Kerry Dolan from The Grazing Grouse will teach you the ins and outs of building a beautiful AND delicious charcuterie board. Then stay and eat your bounty, add more wine & enjoy live music from local musician Nathan North all in the intimate setting of our Tasting Room.
